Simply right click on the image and "Save Image as" then save it onto your computer in a folder that you can locate later. Then, look for that file in the folder and right click to 'Set as desktop background'.

Long press on the image below and 'Save' or 'Download'. Then 'Set Image as Screen wallpaper' or on Lock screen.
